Membership Payment and Cancellation InfoUpdated 6 months ago

Memberships are subscription based and require recurring payment. Deskhero reserves the right to immediately cancel a membership, at any time without prior notice as a result of any misuse of said membership. *Deskhero gift cards cannot be used as a form of payment for memberships. Orders made by the same customer to the same shipping address may be combined in the same shipment as we see fit.


Cancellation: Any membership cancellations must be made through your Membership Portal (not just through your Deskhero Account). Cancelling through your Deskhero account will not be recognized/applied and recurring membership costs will continue. All monthly memberships require a minimum of 30 days prior to the next billing date to assure cancellation of automatic payments. Cancellation requests submitted within the 30 day billing cycle will result in a final payment drawn from your account on your established auto draft date. No partial refunds will be made and no refunds will be issued retroactively for any cancellation requests. There will be no refund issued once a payment has been charged to your credit card. If you choose to cancel your membership at any time and return at a later date you will be subject to any rate increases at the time of enrollment.


1. Login into your Deskero Account.

2. Under the Default Address Window Profile Tab click "Membership"

3. In the Membership Window, click "See more details on the bottom right"

4. Click on the Cancel Membership Option
