Are there any Cancellation Fees?Updated a month ago
- There is no cancellation fee will be applied for In-stock items.
- Due to payment processor rules, user-initiated cancellations are subject to a 3% cancellation fee for open Pre-orders and 5% for open Group Buy orders. However, you can waive the fee and receive a full refund, in exchange for Deskhero store credit. Just ask our Support team in your order cancellation request ticket.
- Please submit an order cancellation request through the HELP DESK and a customer support agent will assist you with the cancellation.
Group Buy/Pre-order
- The nature of the Group Buy/Pre-order process means that funds for refunds are not available after submission of the group payment to the manufacturer. Refunds may not be available after submission of your Group Buy order. Refunds will not be available after bulk order submission to the vendor. Refunds may be made available on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
- Any cancellation exceptions during an open (has not ended) Group Buy/Pre-order are subject to a 3% fee and any cancellation exceptions during an closed (ended) Group Buy/Pre-order are subject to 5% fee a due to Payment Gateways such as PayPal/Visa/Mastercard no longer returning transaction fees unless you opt for a Deskhero gift card refund instead.
- Deskhero gift cards do not expire and the gift card code will keep the remaining balance if you do not use the entire amount on an order.
- All refunds will be made to the original payment method only (unless you opt for a gift card) with the exception of PayPal if the refund window has closed/over 180 days. - Refunds are done manually and usually take 2-3 business days to process. Once issued, your credit card company can take between 3-7 business days to finalize the transaction.
