Deskhero ships from Canada and offers shipping to Canada, the United States, and many international destinations.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
We work to ensure orders are packed carefully and shipped as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
In-Stock Orders
In-stock orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During high-volume periods (such as product launches, sales, or holidays), processing times may be extended.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Pre-Orders & Group Buys
Pre-Order and Group Buy items ship once production is complete and inventory arrives at our warehouse.
Estimated shipping timelines listed on product pages are estimates only and may change due to:
- Manufacturing timelines
- Freight transit delays
- Customs processing
- Supplier production schedules
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will generally ship together once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Carriers
Shipping carriers are selected at checkout based on the service level available at the time of purchase.
Deskhero reserves the right to use an alternative carrier of comparable service level when necessary due to logistics, availability, or fulfillment requirements.
This may occur more frequently for pre-orders and group buy products, where shipping arrangements may change between the time of purchase and fulfillment.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to:
- Import duties
- Customs brokerage fees
- Tariffs
- Value-added taxes (VAT)
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Deskhero does not reimburse customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.
Orders returned due to:

- Failure to pay customs duties
may require the customer to pay additional shipping costs to reship the package.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, Deskhero is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers are encouraged to ship to a secure delivery location and to include Shipping Protection and Signature Required Upon Delivery to ensure successful package delivery.
In the event that a shipment appears delayed or missing, a carrier investigation (trace) must be initiated and completed before a refund or replacement can be issued.
We must be notified if you haven't received your package after 12 business days past the expected delivery date.

Shipping Protection
If Shipping Protection is purchased at checkout, your shipment may be eligible for coverage in the event of loss or damage during transit, subject to claim review.
Shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
Shipments
Deskhero reserves the right to ship orders in multiple shipments or to combine shipments addressed to the same shipping destination when necessary.
Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment when applicable.
